Cancellation Policy
Cancellations
must be made by 12 noon, 72 hours prior to your arrival.
Cancellations
not meeting these requirements will result in forfeiture of
your deposit.
A 5% cancellation fee will be retained upon reservation
cancellation.
No
specific room number or location is guaranteed.
All room payments
are due upon check-in
All
rooms must be reserved with a Visa or MasterCard at the time
of the reservation

All
rates include water, sewer and cable TV. Electricity charge
is $0.15 per KWH. Wi-Fi available.
Rates are for 2 guests per site. Each additional guest
adds $1.00/day. Payment is due upon check-in. Weekly and
monthly rates must be established at check-in or after the
paid period is up. Specific site requests can only be made
for reservations 3 months or longer. Cancellations of
daily/weekly reservations must be made by noon 24 hours
prior to arrival date. Cancellations for monthly sites must
be made by noon 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation
Fees: Monthly $100.00; Daily/Weekly $34-38. All
reservations must be guaranteed by credit card or deposit.
No refunds will be given after payment is made. All rates
are subject to change.
